We're looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and supportive London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and developing long-term client partnerships.

You'll inherit a warm desk with established accounts, giving you the opportunity to hit the ground running while continuing to grow your own client portfolio across London and the UK. You will be working Temps and Perms.

The Role

  • Managing and developing existing client accounts.
  • Winning new business and expanding client relationships.
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates.
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to offer and placement.
  • Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Delivering an outstanding recruitment experience.

  • Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
  • A proven track record of developing client relationships and making successful placements.
