We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to help create an exceptional living experience for residents of this vibrant student accommodation.
This is a varied role combining customer service, administration, sales, marketing, and operational support within a vibrant student accommodation community.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver a welcoming and professional front-of-house service.
- Respond to resident enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support community events and activities that enhance the resident experience.
- Manage maintenance requests and ensure issues are appropriately logged and tracked.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and resident documentation.
- Assist with resident communications, notices, and general administration.
- Support move-in and move-out periods, helping ensure a smooth resident journey.
- Support sales and leasing activities to maximise occupancy levels.
- Assist with local marketing activities and community engagement initiatives.
- Support rent collection processes and follow up on outstanding arrears.
About You
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Confidence working with databases and administrative systems.
- A proactive, positive, and professional approach.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
