As a Lettings Administrator, you'll play a vital role in the smooth and successful operation of a stunning residential development. You'll be the first point of contact for many prospective and current residents, supporting the lettings process end-to-end while delivering a consistently high level of customer service.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, commercially minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll support the Lettings and General Managers and be trusted to maintain the same service standards in their absence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct apartment viewings and represent the brand with confidence and professionalism
- Respond promptly to lettings enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Convert enquiries into viewings and lettings, supporting occupancy and retention targets
- Process resident applications, including reference, credit checks, and deposit protection
- Assist with move-in and move-out processes, check-ins and check-outs
- Support rent collection and accurate record-keeping
- Maintain accurate data and reports using Yardi or similar property management systems
- Update property listings across platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla and other marketing channels
- Support marketing campaigns, open houses, market surveys, and competitor analysis
- At least 1 year's experience in lettings or a related sector (e.g. residential, student accommodation, hotels)
- Strong customer service and sales mindset
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confidence using MS Office and property management systems
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
- Willingness to work across different London locations as required
- Knowledge of Yardi or similar systems
