Key Duties: As an essential part of the onsite team, you'll help the community feel like home. Your responsibilities will include: Building strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and key stakeholders to create a positive and supportive community. Handling resident enquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests efficiently, always delivering exceptional customer service. Supporting resident events, community activities, and local initiatives that enhance the overall living experience. Managing day-to-day administration, including resident records, tenancy documentation, communications, and database updates. Conducting property viewings, following up on enquiries, supporting leasing activity, and assisting with resident move-ins and move-outs. We'd love to hear from you if you have: Proven customer service / front of house / reception experience within a professional environment Experience within property, hotels or hospitality would be an advantage!
