Ritz Recruitment is seeking a reliable Maintenance Operative for a large residential development in central Manchester. You will join a dynamic, on-site team delivering high standards of upkeep across apartments, communal areas and retail spaces.
Working Monday to Friday with occasional weekends, you’ll perform reactive, planned and preventative maintenance, tackling plumbing, basic electrics, decorating and health & safety tasks with care and professionalism.
