We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Lettings Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a high-quality residential development. Acting as a key point of contact for prospective and current residents, you'll support the lettings process from enquiry to move-in while delivering excellent service.
Key duties include:
- Conducting apartment viewings and handling lettings enquiries
- Converting enquiries into viewings and lettings
- Processing applications, references, credit checks and deposits
- Supporting move-ins/outs, rent collection and record-keeping
- Maintaining data on Yardi (or similar systems)
- Updating listings on Rightmove, Zoopla and other platforms
- Assisting with marketing activity and market research
About you:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in lettings, leasing, property sales or a related sector eg BTR, PBSA
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using MS Office and property management systems
