HYBRID WORKING - WARM DESK. This is a great opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join a well-established and recognized company within the Creative Design industry. The client is looking for a passionate individual with at least 6 months of experience in the creative design sector who is eager to learn and advance their career. The team is warm and friendly, and the vibrant office is located a few minutesβ walk from Liverpool Street Tube station, surrounded by lively bars, restaurants, and amenities. London Bridge and Cannon Street stations are also within a 10-15 minute walk. The role offers hybrid working arrangements.
Key Duties of a Recruitment Consultant:
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates to match suitable roles.
- Networking with and engaging candidates and clients to build strong relationships via LinkedIn, social media, email, telephone, and face-to-face meetings.
- Writing advertisements and job specifications.
- Visiting clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Marketing and maximizing social media presence.
- Business development and acquiring new clients.
- Performing administrative duties, including data entry into the company's database system.
