Courier Operations Manager Colnbrook Monday to Friday (Apply online only) Job description I am recruiting for a Courier Operations Manager who will be responsible to the Operations Director, it will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the operation. This is a hands-on role, which will involve managing a team to ensure shipments are processed and made ready for export adhering to procedures and deadlines Key Tasks and Responsibilities:- Maintaining the smooth and effective running of the Operations Department, including staffing levels, supplier engagement and delivery of departmental targets. Ensuring shipments are processed in accordance with established policy & procedures. Motivating the Operations team to perform effectively and efficiently, ensuring they have the correct skills and training to undertake their roles . Working with the Operations Director to deliver strategic improvements. Being responsive and agile to operational demands, with the ability to identify issues & solutions. Ensure compliance with HMRC and regulatory procedures. Performance monitoring and reporting . Liaison with UK and overseas partners. Carry out any other duties that may be reasonably required in the context of the job role.
