My client is a well-established recruitment agency based in Essex, specialising in both white-collar and blue-collar construction recruitment across London, Essex, and the Southeast.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultantto join their expanding team.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing construction professionals into a variety of temporary or permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Interviewing and screening candidates to assess suitability.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement.
