We are looking for an experienced biller (circa £150k–£200k+) who thrives in a full lifecycle recruitment role — from business development through to candidate delivery and placement.
The Role
- Full 360 recruitment position within Compliance / Audit markets
- Build, develop, and own your client base
- Manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end
- Work with high-value clients and senior-level candidates
- Drive revenue and grow your desk with autonomy

- Proven billing history (£150k–£200k+ preferred)
