We are recruiting a Marketing Manager for a hospitality and entertainment brand. This role is fully focused on digital marketing strategy, brand growth and campaign execution, with responsibility for managing outsourced creative and media teams.
You will own the brand's online presence, drive bookings and footfall, and ensure marketing activity remains trend-driven, data-led and commercially impactful. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-paced, experience-led environments such as hospitality, nightlife, gaming or entertainment.
Key Responsibilities- Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute weekly and monthly digital marketing campaigns
- Manage paid media activity across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads
- Analyse performance data and optimise campaigns to drive conversions and footfall
- Develop campaign strategies for events, themed nights, tournaments and private bookings
- Own and maintain the overall marketing calendar
- Social Media Oversight
- Oversee brand presence across Instagram, TikTok and relevant platforms
- Coordinate with social media managers and video teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand content
- Review and approve content plans, captions and posting schedules
- Monitor platform trends and adapt content strategy accordingly
- Track and report on engagement, growth and content performance
- Outsourced Team Management
- Coordinate with Russian-speaking designers, editors and SMM specialists
- Provide clear briefs, creative direction and performance expectations
- Review and approve visuals, videos and marketing assets
- Ensure deadlines and brand standards are consistently met
- Evaluate output and recommend improvements
- Community & Online Presence
- Build hype and engagement around events and brand experiences
- Manage online communication channels and response templates
- Monitor guest sentiment, reviews and social feedback
- Support loyalty growth and community engagement through consistent messaging
- Work closely with Events teams on online promotion of key nights
- Brand Development
- Develop and evolve the brand's voice, identity and digital personality
- Support influencer, creator and collaboration campaigns
- Contribute ideas for viral campaigns and innovative digital activations
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- 2-4 years experience in marketing (hospitality, nightlife, entertainment or F&B preferred)
- Proven experience managing paid and organic digital campaigns
- Strong understanding of short-form video content and social media trends
- Experience briefing and managing creative teams or agencies
- Fluent in both Russian and English (essential for team coordination)
- Confident working with analytics, performance metrics and conversion data
- Highly organised, strategic and comfortable working autonomously
- Willing to work occasional evenings during major events or campaign launches
