Duties will include:

• Changing Light Bulbs & Batteries
• Painting
• Changing locks
• Carrying out reactive Maintenance tasks in occupied and empty rooms
• Repairs and re decoration when required
• Helping with refurbishments
• Moving boxes and furniture & Mattresses
• Grounds Work
• Supporting the Maintenance team

The ideal candidate will have proven maintenance experience, ideally within a residential environment, and be reliable, hardworking, and loyal.
