Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative / Handyman to assist with reactive repairs and maintenance at a student accommodation site.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing reactive maintenance tasks such as plumbing, joinery, carpentry, painting, and decorating.
- Moving furniture and heavy items within the premises.
- Maintaining lighting and conducting statutory testing.
- Responding appropriately to health and safety issues.
- Managing electronic maintenance reports and updating records.
- Monitoring stock levels and informing management when supplies need replenishing.
Candidate Requirements:
