A leading BTR real estate company is seeking a reliable and hands-on Caretaker to join a residential estate team in Acton, West London. This is a key on-site role responsible for ensuring the estate is safe, clean, and well-presented at all times. 40 hours between Friday to Friday from 8am start to 5pm - No weekends required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all bins are put out and collected on time, maintaining strict adherence to collection schedules
  • Oversee and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the estate, including communal areas and external grounds
  • Carry out general caretaking and minor maintenance tasks
  • Maintain bin stores, including regular cleaning and organisation
  • Keep pathways, entrances, and shared spaces clean, safe, and presentable
  • Report any issues, hazards, or repair needs to the wider property team
  • Support with general estate upkeep, including occasional painting and maintenance of external areas

About You

  • You must live locally to Acton, West London
  • Practical, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable with physical tasks, including moving and handling large bins
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Reliable, punctual, and organised
  • Previous caretaking or property maintenance experience is beneficial
