We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Lettings Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a high-quality residential development. Acting as a key point of contact for prospective and current residents, you'll support the lettings process from enquiry to move-in while delivering excellent service.

Key duties include:

  • Conducting apartment viewings and handling lettings enquiries
  • Converting enquiries into viewings and lettings
  • Processing applications, references, credit checks and deposits
  • Supporting move-ins/outs, rent collection and record-keeping
  • Maintaining data on Yardi (or similar systems)
  • Updating listings on Rightmove, Zoopla and other platforms
  • Assisting with marketing activity and market research

About you:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in lettings, leasing, property sales or a related sector eg BTR, PBSA
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using MS Office and property management systems
