Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Commission

Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm

My client is a high-growth, specialist technology recruitment agency partnering with some of the most exciting businesses across the UK and internationally. They focus on delivering top-tier talent across digital, technology, and IT markets, and due to continued success, they’re looking to bring ambitious Recruitment Consultants into our high-performing team.

The Role

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
  • Build and develop client relationships within the tech sector
  • Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates
  • Recruit across software development, data, cloud, and IT markets
  • Develop and grow your own specialist vertical

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in tech recruitment
  • Proven track record or strong potential in a 360 role
  • Highly motivated, driven, and target-focused
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ambitious and keen to maximise earnings and progression
