We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly Customer Service Assistant/Receptionist to join a vibrant student accommodation community in the heart of Bristol city centre. This is temporary work on an ad-hoc basis. As the first point of contact for residents, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and keeping the building running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries from current and prospective residents across social media, email, phone and face-to-face.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and parcels.
- Build positive relationships with residents through regular interaction.
- Conduct property viewings for potential residents.
- Take and process payments; monitor and follow up on rent arrears where required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and filing systems.
