Assistant Facilities Engineer, £17ph, City of London PAYE, Temporary 1 month Luxury fitness and wellness company require a skilled and dedicated Facilities engineer to carry out ongoing and planned maintenance work to ensure the clubs remain safe, efficient and pristine. Duties: Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and respond to reactive maintenance needs. Schedule and coordinate routine service visits and inspections. Inspect and maintain plant rooms, machinery areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and safety. Learn and manage the pool plant system, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Prioritise and complete daily work orders, ensuring timely resolution.
