An immediate long-term opportunity (1 year +) has arisen for a proactive and upbeat Receptionist/Administrator to work for a global beauty brand, helping in the smooth running of their flagship academy in the heart of London.
This is a very sought-after, people-focused role in a busy, vibrant environment, working closely with an outgoing team of hairdressing educators and other support staff.
Duties include:

Meet and greet all visitors with the highest level of customer service.

Answer calls and deal with training course enquiries.

Book suitable hair models for training courses and keep the model database updated.

Maintain and update retail product displays.

Take payments and keep accurate sales records.

Work with the team to maximise course bookings and revenue, upselling course packages to customers and recommending them the appropriate training courses.

Build and maintain your knowledge of the range of hairdressing courses on offer.
