I am working with a prestigious client in Mayfair. This client supports organisations working in the field of education, welfare, arts and health. They are recruiting for a driven Foundation Executive / Administrator to join its small team to make help make change happen. This is a permanent role, based in Central London, W1.
You will primarily be supporting one of their grants programmes, and duties will include:

Responding and acknowledging applicants via email.

Creating and updating database records.

Accurately complete application eligibility checks.

Scheduling meetings, organising logistics and manage travel.

Developing itineraries and meeting packs.

Processing updates from grant holders and uploading reports to the database

Creating board meeting packs.

Supporting the Director and Trustees as and when needed.

Handling telephone and email enquiries to the Foundation

Extensive experience in organising travel for business purposes

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
