Key Duties
- Building strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and key stakeholders to create a positive and supportive community.
- Handling resident enquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests efficiently, always delivering exceptional customer service.
- Supporting resident events, community activities, and local initiatives that enhance the overall living experience.
- Managing day-to-day administration, including resident records, tenancy documentation, communications, and database updates.
- Conducting property viewings, following up on enquiries, supporting leasing activity, and assisting with resident move-ins and move-outs.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven customer service / front of house / reception experience within a professional environment
- Experience within property, hotels or hospitality would be an advantage!
- Passionate about providing great customer service and enjoy creating positive experiences for residents, customers, and visitors.
- A natural people person who can build strong relationships and communicate confidently with people from all backgrounds.
- Enjoy working as part of a team but are equally comfortable using your initiative and taking ownership of tasks.
- Organised, able to juggle competing priorities, and stay calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Positive, flexible attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to make a difference to the resident experience every day.
