We are a leading education recruitment agency looking to expand our SEN division with an experienced Recruitment Consultant based across our Manchester and Liverpool offices. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious team committed to making a difference in education.
The Role
As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you\’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and growing a warm SEN client base across Greater Manchester and Merseyside
- Building strong relationships with schools, SEN provisions, and education professionals
- Sourcing and placing high-quality candidates in temporary and permanent SEN roles
- Writing job adverts, screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Meeting performance targets and ensuring excellent service delivery
What We\’re Looking For
- Proven experience in education or specialist recruitment (SEN preferred)
- Confident communicator with a passion for making meaningful connections
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Driven, proactive, and resilient with a results-focused attitude
- A full UK driving licence is highly desirable due to travel between sites
