Immediate temporary position with potential of permanent (£33k) in a high-end luxury real estate organisation for a proactive Property Coordinator/Junior Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of the building. You will assist in coordinating office tasks, managing resident communications, and ensuring efficient operations to enhance the overall resident experience.
Duties will include:
- Manage document organisation, respond to resident emails, schedule meetings
- Assist with resident enquiries, handle complaints and resolutions, proactively improve service delivery
- Support and plan resident events
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, GDPR regulations, and statutory UK tenancy legislation
- Invoice processing, financial reporting, assist with budget tracking
- Coordinate and conduct viewings, lease administration, recommend rent pricing, and monitor sales and leasing activities
- Ensure service excellence and foster positive resident engagement
- Coordinate the tenancy process, conduct apartment inspections, manage lease expirations, enforce policies, and oversee eviction processes
