Temporary 6 weeks, PAYE, £16.50ph – tools provided

Ritz Recruitment are currently seeking Temporary Painter/ Handyman to work with the Maintenance Team with refreshing building.

The successful candidate will be responsible for painting & decorating rooms and communal areas as well as general maintenance/handyman work.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a hardworking and committed team and contribute to the smooth running of high end apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with re-decorating rooms: Painting, Decorating, Touch up\’s, Mastic, Grouting, Siliconing.
• General carpentry tasks, such as fixing doors and locks.
• Move furniture & fittings.
• Undertake general maintenance tasks in both internal and external areas of the building.

Skills & Attributes:

• Proven Painting & Decorating experience.
• Proven experience in maintenance or handyman work, ideally within a Residential/domestic setting.
• Excellent attention to details and tidy workmanship.
• Ability to adhere to all Health and Safety measures.
• Friendly, reliable, approachable, and helpful attitude.
