Ritz Recruitment are currently seeking Temporary Painter/ Handyman to assist the Maintenance Team with refreshing building.
The successful candidate will be responsible for painting & decorating rooms and communal areas as well as general maintenance/handyman work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with re-decorating rooms: Painting, Decorating, Touch ups, Mastic, Grouting, Siliconing.
- General carpentry tasks, such as fixing doors and locks.
- Move furniture & fittings.
- Undertake general maintenance tasks in both internal and external areas of the building.
Skills & Attributes:
- Proven Painting & Decorating experience.
- Proven experience in maintenance or handyman work, ideally within a Residential/domestic setting.
- Excellent attention to details and tidy workmanship.
- Ability to adhere to all Health and Safety measures.
- Friendly, reliable, approachable, and helpful attitude.
