Key Responsibilities:- Carry out routine and reactive maintenance across electrical systems, plumbing, and building fabric.
- Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and painting to maintain a safe and presentable environment.
- Identify and resolve faults efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.
- Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Proven experience in a multi-trade maintenance role (electrical, plumbing, painting).
