Temporary Resident Service Assistant – Glasgow - £13.50ph – 08am-5pm

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment? We are looking for a Resident Service Assistant to be the friendly face and first point of contact for this build-to-rent site in Glasgow.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our apartments. Responsibilities include:

  • Arranging lettings and looking after over 400 residents
  • Assisting management with daily duties
  • Providing professional, friendly support to residents, visitors, and contractors
  • Managing leasing and renewal contracts
  • Overseeing nearly 450 residents and their homes
  • Conducting and arranging viewings
  • Handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person with efficiency and care
  • Helping organise events that bring the community together

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in Property Reception/Leasing
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude
  • Organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a busy environment
