Temporary Resident Service Assistant – Glasgow - £13.50ph – 08am-5pm
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment? We are looking for a Resident Service Assistant to be the friendly face and first point of contact for this build-to-rent site in Glasgow.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our apartments. Responsibilities include:
- Arranging lettings and looking after over 400 residents
- Assisting management with daily duties
- Providing professional, friendly support to residents, visitors, and contractors
- Managing leasing and renewal contracts
- Overseeing nearly 450 residents and their homes
- Conducting and arranging viewings
- Handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person with efficiency and care
- Helping organise events that bring the community together
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in Property Reception/Leasing
- Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude
- Organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A proactive team player who thrives in a busy environment
