Job Description
As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential!
You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, continuously meet performance targets, and provide effective leadership. You’ll lead by example and coach your team to deliver an excellent customer experience!
Your responsibilities include defining daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs, developing monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensuring excellent store administration, managing inventory and day-to-day operations, and driving employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s while celebrating team successes!
