Job Description As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential! You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, continuously reach performance targets, and demonstrate effective leadership. You’ll lead by example and coach your team to deliver an excellent customer experience! You’ll also define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and day-to-day operations, and promote employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-on-1s and genuine connections with your team by celebrating successes! Qualifications High energy, humility, and a sense of humor! You are unique because of your ability to motivate your team and achieve goals related to customer satisfaction and sales. Additionally, as Store Manager, you are inspiring and performance-oriented. You also possess: Relevant experience as a Store Manager or similar role within retail or hospitality. Strong people management skills (e.g., communication, motivation, coaching, connection, and inspiration). Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioral change and develop others. Decision-making and problem-solving skills. Essential: 5-year checkable work history. Essential: Clean criminal record check (CRB/DBS).
