Job Description:
As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential!
You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, reach performance targets, and lead with effective leadership. You’ll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure excellent customer service.
You’ll also define daily objectives, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, manage store administration, oversee inventory and daily operations, and promote employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1 meetings and team celebrations!
