Job Description

Note: Several positions are available, initially offering 3-month summer fixed-term contracts.

As a Rituals Advisor, you are part of our store team. You will engage directly with customers, listen to their needs, and advise them on which of our products are the perfect match for them. Your goal is to turn every customer interaction into a memorable experience.

Being a Rituals Advisor means being a luxury sales advisor with many exciting opportunities for career growth.

In collaboration with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you\’ll work towards personal and store goals. You\’ll interact with customers daily, providing a \’best in class\’ customer experience, following store operational and safety procedures, and maintaining the store\’s cleanliness and visual standards.
