Overview
Supervisor - Manchester Trafford (24 hours) Rituals – Stretford, England, United Kingdom. As a Rituals Expert, you are part of our in-store management team and a master of the Rituals feel good experience with product expertise to match. You are a brand ambassador, a role model and mentor to our Rituals Advisors.
You’ll be working alongside your Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Rituals Advisors to reach personal and store goals. You’ll interact directly with customers to ensure an optimal experience and you’ll mentor and support Rituals Advisors.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales advisor with ambitions to expand professional skills in luxury retail and cosmetics.
- Collaborate with store leadership to achieve personal and store goals and drive excellent customer experience.
- Mentor, coach and support Rituals Advisors to develop product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating the Rituals story and values to customers.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a supervisor or Team Leader within retail or hospitality.
- Strong motivation to reach performance targets.
- A customer-service mentality and a team-player work ethic.
- Decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Eye for detail, organized and structured.
- High energy, low ego, with a sense of humor.
