  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery based on feedback and insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Store Managers, Area Managers, Retail teams, the wider Training team, and key business stakeholders.
  • Partner with Retail, Training and wider business functions to support commercial priorities and business objectives.
  • Complete all training administration, reporting, evaluations, tracker updates, and follow-up actions accurately and on time.

Qualifications

  • The confidence to give constructive feedback during store visits and workshops in a way that is clear, motivating, and well received.
  • The ability to remain professional, impartial, and solutions-focused when supporting stores and managing feedback from different stakeholders.
  • A positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach to tasks and projects.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects from beginning to end.
  • The ability to work independently while keeping relevant stakeholders informed and involved.
  • Confidence working as part of a remote and field-based team.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly, including occasional overnight stays and weekend work where required.
  • Experience in cosmetics, beauty, wellness, or premium retail would be advantageous, but is not essential.
