You will work closely with your Area Manager to put our local business strategy into place, continuously meet performance targets and lead with effective leadership. You will lead by example, coach your team to deliver excellent customer experience, define daily objectives to drive KPIs, develop monthly plans, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory, dayâtoâday operations, and drive employee wellbeing and engagement with regular 1-toâ1s and genuine connection by celebrating success. Qualifications
- Prior relevant Store Manager experience or equivalent within retail or hospitality.
