Responsibilities
- Be a Rituals Expert, part of the in-store management team, and a master of the Rituals feel good experience with product expertise to match.
- Act as a brand ambassador, listening to customers’ needs while mentoring Rituals Advisors.
- Lead as a supervisor or team leader within retail or hospitality, with ambitions to expand professional skills in luxury retail and cosmetics.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Rituals Advisors to achieve personal and store goals.
- Interact directly with customers to ensure an optimal customer experience and mentor/support Rituals Advisors.
- Maintain a high-energy, customer-focused environment and share enthusiasm for the brand with the team and customers.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a supervisor or Team Leader within retail or hospitality.
- Strong motivation to reach performance targets.
- A customer-service mentality and team-player work ethic.
- Decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Eye for detail, organized and structured.
