You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, reach performance targets, and lead with effective leadership. You’ll lead by example, coach your team to deliver excellent customer experiences, define daily objectives, drive KPIs, develop monthly plans, ensure store administration, manage inventory and daily operations, and foster employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s and genuine connections by celebrating success!
