As a Sales Advisor of our Oxford Street West ‘Mind Oasis’ store, you will guide a transformative shopping experience—blending science-backed treatments with immersive design. Opening this November, this concept redefin es the way customers engage with wellbeing and luxury. Your vision and leadership will ensure every visitor experiences a moment of pause, breath, and reconnection in their everyday lives. Being a Rituals Advisor means being a luxury sales advisor with many exciting opportunities to grow in your career.
By working closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you’ll reach your personal goals and the goals for the store. You’ll interact with customers every day and ensure to provide a ‘best in class’ customer experience. You’ll follow store operational and safety procedures as well as keep the store clean and tidy according to company visual merchandising standards.
