Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) in Newcastle upon Tyne seeks a customer-focused Rituals Advisor to engage with shoppers from the moment they enter the store.
You will listen to needs, recommend products, and turn each interaction into a memorable luxury experience.
You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to deliver a best-in-class service, follow store procedures and safety guidelines, and help keep the shop pristine and inviting, reflecting Rituals’ brand standards.
