About the role
As a Rituals Expert, you’re part of our in‑store management team. You are a master of the Rituals feel‑good experience with product expertise to match. You are a true brand ambassador, listening to our customers’ needs while mentoring our Rituals Advisors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sales advisory and mentor Rituals Advisors.
- Collaborate with Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager to achieve personal and store goals.
- Interact directly with customers to ensure an optimal customer experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a supervisor or Team Leader within retail or hospitality.
