Responsibilities

  • As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential.
  • You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to put our local business strategy into place as well as continuously reach performance targets and take charge with effective leadership.
  • You’ll lead by example and coach your team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • You’ll also define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and day-to-day operations, and drive employee wellbeing and engagement with regular 1-to-1’s and making a genuine connection with your team by celebrating success.
