Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking a Regional Trainer for London and the South region on a 12-month maternity cover contract. You will manage the full learning cycle, delivering engaging workshops and coaching in stores across the region.
You will analyse needs, develop product knowledge and customer experience standards, create learning content and evaluate impact. Regular travel, 3–4 days in stores, may include overnight stays and some weekends.
