Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking an Employee Relations advisor to support Store and Area Managers with first-line ER guidance and to ensure consistent application of company policies. You will handle low-level case management, absence issues, probation reviews, investigations, and disciplinary matters while supporting the HR Advice and Partnering team.
You will review manager-prepared meeting scripts, coordinate ER meetings, maintain records, and help deliver HR initiatives.
