At Rituals we create an extensive collection of luxurious yet affordable home body cosmetics. As a Festive Rituals Advisor you guide each customer to the right products to meet their needs and turn every interaction into a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to reach store goals and targets.
- Interact with customers and provide ‘Best in Class’ customer experience.
- Follow store safety procedures.
- Keep the store clean and tidy, presenting products according to Rituals standards.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a similar position within retail or hospitality.
- A customer‑service mentality and team‑player work ethic.
- Decision making and problem‑solving skills.
