Ready to be the face of our brand, and engage with customers from the moment they set foot in the shop? Join our shop team as a seasonal worker. We are looking for Rituals Advisors for the Festive Season.

At Rituals, we created an extensive collection of luxurious yet affordable home body cosmetics. As our products are unique, you can guide each customer to the right products to meet their needs. You are focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience during the festive season.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to reach your goals and the Store targets.
• Interacting with customers and providing a “Best in Class” customer experience.
• Following Store safety procedures.
• Keeping the Store clean and tidy, so that our products are always presented according to Rituals standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a similar position within retail or hospitality.
• A customer-service mentality and team-player’s work ethic.
• Decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Eye for detail, organised and structured.
