Overview
Christmas Sales Advisor – Cambridge (8 hours) role at Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp). This is a seasonal position aimed at supporting our shop team during the festive season.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to reach store goals and targets.
- Interact with customers and provide best in class customer experience; listen, advise, and guide customers to the right Rituals products.
- Follow store safety procedures and maintain a clean, tidy store environment.
- Keep product presentation aligned with Rituals standards and develop expert product knowledge through training opportunities.
