We are looking for Rituals Advisors for the Festive Season! As a Festive Rituals Advisor, you are part of our store team, engaging directly with customers, listening, and advising them on the best products to meet their needs. You turn every customer interaction into a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to reach your goals and the store targets.
- Interact with customers and provide ‘Best in Class’ customer experience.
- Follow store safety procedures.
- Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring products are presented according to Rituals standards.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a similar position within retail or hospitality.
- A customer‑service mentality and team‑player work ethic.
