Store Location
Brand new store opening in Chichester, South Street, West Sussex.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the local business strategy with the Area Manager and continuously reach performance targets.
- Coach and inspire the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs; develop monthly plans based on productivity targets.
- Ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and day‑to‑day operations.
- Drive employee wellbeing and engagement with regular 1‑to‑1 meetings and celebrating successes.
Requirements
- Prior relevant Store Manager experience or equivalent within retail or hospitality.
- Strong people‑management skills (communication, motivation, coaching, connection, inspiration).
- Experience sharing knowledge to drive behavioural change and develop others.
- Decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
