We are looking for Rituals Advisors for the Festive Season! As a Festive Rituals Advisor, you are part of our store team. You engage directly with customers, listen, and advise them on which of our products is the perfect match for their needs. You turn every customer interaction into a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to reach goals and store targets.
- Interact with customers and provide ‘Best in Class’ customer experience.
- Follow store safety procedures.
- Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring products are presented according to Rituals standards.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a similar position within retail or hospitality.
- Customer-service mentality and team‑player work ethic.
