Share your talents
As the Wholesale Coordinator, you will be an essential link between Key Account Managers, retail partners and internal teams. You will coordinate sales operations and trade marketing activity across online and in-store channels. - Support Key Account Managers with retailer planning, presentations, new product introductions and business reviews.
- Manage retailer assortments, merchandising plan communications, product set-up, orders and service-level follow-up, escalating risks and opportunities.
- Produce accurate weekly and monthly sales, stock, forecast and promotional reporting to support decisions.
- Coordinate online and in-store trade marketing plans, promotional calendars and key commercial and go to market moments.
- Brief, gather and deliver retailer assets including imagery, copy, POS, merchandising plans, samples, testers and gifts.
- Maintain retailer brand pages and product content in line with brand guidelines, ensuring launches and limited editions land on time.
- Analyse campaign and sales performance, share clear insights and recommend practical improvements.
- Act as a day-to-day contact across retailers, agencies, Sales, Marketing, Digital, Finance, Supply Chain and Merchandising.
- Improve processes, trackers and ways of working to increase accuracy, speed and execution quality.
